Au milieu du désert, sur la route rectiligne qui relie l’Asie centrale à la Russie, un bus brinquebalant transporte le cirque de la famille Tadjibaev. À chaque arrêt, enfants et parents répètent leurs numéros. Dvortsevoy les regarde vivre, au quotidien, leurs mystérieux rituels.

In the middle of the desert, a rattling old bus carrying the Tadjibaevs, a family of circus performers, travels along the route between Central Asia and Russia. At each stop, the children and parents perform their numbers. Dvortsevoy observes their daily life with all its mysterious rituals.
