Résumé

Un jeune homme de famille aisée, paralysé jusqu’à la taille, prend à son service un nouvel infirmier. Leur relation, distante, est encore rafraîchie par la tutelle d’un père autoritaire. Mais peu à peu, le cynisme du garçon laisse place à une curiosité du monde, dans une méditation hallucinée qui réinterroge la place de chacun dans l’univers.

A young man from a wealthy family, and who is paralysed from the waist down, employs a new nurse. The chilly relationship between the two is further compounded by the man’s authoritarian father. But little by little the young man’s cynicism is replaced by a curiosity with the world, in a hallucinogenic contemplation of our place in the universe.
