Résumé

Lorsque la neige fond, quand les collines en Appenzell sont mouchetées de blanc et de vert, des seaux d'eau montent et descendent lentement la pente. Des coups de feu fouettent l'air, les seaux sont percés. Lentement l'eau s’en écoule. C'est le point culminant d'un rituel qui a son origine au plus profond des montagnes.

When the snow melts and the hills of Appenzell are stippled with green and white, buckets of water slowly make their way up and down the slope. Shots ring  out, whipping through the air and piercing the buckets. Slowly the water begins to flow. This is the high point of a ritual that begins deep within the bowels of the mountains.
